Expert Access Parks and Recreation Consulting Inc. was formed by Tim Richards in 1989 to provide information services and consulting to local governments and the parks and recreation community.

The business now offers these areas of focus:

• Educational seminars and staff training in the field of Playground Inspection and Safety
• Expert Witness research and reporting
• Parks and recreation consulting, project management, and facilitating community development
• Trails planning and development
• In smaller communities where staff is limited, issues-based consulting and information services are a solution.

Tim Richards brings a wide range of experience and professional contacts within the parks professions plus on-site research, evaluation, data gathering, and reporting.
